The story
The Toccoa City Commission was set to consider an operation agreement for Reflections Event Center at its October 13, 2025 meeting, but instead voted 4-0, with Commissioner Jamieson abstaining, to table the item until the November 10 meeting.
At a November 10 work session, commissioners discussed a proposal from Toccoa Wedding Experts to manage and operate Reflections Event Center, the pavilion and the boat house. The board reached consensus to send the proposal to the regular meeting for a vote, with the agreement to start November 16, 2025 for a three-year term.
Later that same day, the commission voted 4-0 to approve the agreement with Toccoa Wedding Experts for scheduling and management of Reflections Event Center.
