Email updates, community input, first-party product measurement, and sponsor inquiries remain separate. NEGA Brief does not sell reader email addresses or require an account to use local information.
When you request updates, NEGA Brief stores your email address, selected places, topics or issues, delivery frequency, consent time, subscription status, and a one-way hash of your private preference token. A confirmation link verifies the address before updates begin. Our email delivery provider processes the destination address and message data needed to send and troubleshoot requested updates.
Questions, corrections, document links, firsthand context, optional reply addresses, place, topic, review status, and consent time are stored privately. Submissions are not public comments and are not displayed unless reviewed and deliberately summarized.
NEGA Brief records bounded events such as page views, topic views, evidence clicks, watchlist actions, and saved preferences. A random device-local visitor key helps distinguish activity across days. We do not use precise location, advertising identifiers, third-party tracking pixels, or browser fingerprinting.
Contact details, organization information, category, geographic and package interest, desired timing, consent, and any note you provide are used to evaluate and respond to a requested sponsorship conversation.
No payment card, bank, tax, password, or other sensitive financial information should be submitted through reader, community-input, or sponsor forms.
Participation is optional. You can manage or stop updates from your account at any time, or email privacy@negabrief.com to correct or remove information. General questions may be sent to newsroom@negabrief.com.
