Reader subscriptions, first-party product measurement, and sponsor inquiries remain separate. NEGA Brief does not sell reader email addresses or require an account to follow local government.
When you subscribe, we store your email address, consent time, selected places and topics, delivery frequency, status, and a private preference-link token. The token is stored as a one-way hash. You can update choices or unsubscribe through that private link.
NEGA Brief records bounded events such as briefing views, issue views, evidence clicks, follow starts, and completed subscriptions. A random device-local visitor key helps distinguish activity across days. We do not use precise location, advertising identifiers, third-party tracking pixels, or browser fingerprinting.
Contact details, organization information, category, geographic and package interest, desired timing, consent, and any note you provide are used to evaluate and respond to a requested sponsorship conversation.
No payment card, bank, tax, password, or other sensitive financial information should be submitted through reader or sponsor forms.
Subscriber, measurement, and inquiry records are restricted to site operations. Unsubscribed addresses remain marked as unsubscribed to prevent accidental delivery; their followed preferences are cleared.
