Toccoa identifies Whitman Street Building repairs but has not publicly approved a plan
Toccoa staff told the City Commission on Feb. 9 that work remains to be done at the Whitman Street Building: roof work already underway must be finished, a lower-level HVAC unit needs replacement, and the gym floor needs refinishing.
