Toccoa’s proposed urban camping rules still lack a recorded resolution

Toccoa City Commission most recently placed a proposed urban camping ordinance on its March 13, 2023 agenda for consideration, months after first listing the measure in October 2022. The March agenda shows the proposal remained before commissioners, but it does not record whether they voted, amended it, delayed it or took any other final action.
