Toccoa Terrace Support Sought Twice, but City’s Decision Remains Unclear

Toccoa City Commission again placed a proposed resolution supporting Toccoa Terrace Apartments, LP, on its May 20, 2013 agenda, keeping a pending request for the city’s backing before local leaders more than two months after it first surfaced. The agenda called for consideration of the resolution, but it did not say whether commissioners approved it, rejected it or postponed it.
