Toccoa Advances County Infrastructure Plan but Leaves Scope and Cost Unanswered

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously approved Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood on Nov. 12, 2012, to complete the design phase of the Toccoa-Stephens County Infrastructure Improvement Plan, formally moving the local project beyond consultant selection. Vice Mayor Pavliscsak made the motion, Commissioner Seib seconded it, and the commission approved it without opposition.
