Toccoa’s Tugalo Street parking-lot grant proposal still lacks a recorded decision

Toccoa City Commission placed a proposal to consider Georgia Council for the Arts Community Facilities Grant funding for redevelopment of the Tugalo Street parking lot on its Aug. 23, 2021 agenda. The agenda confirms that commissioners were asked to take up the financing question, but it does not record whether they approved, rejected, deferred or otherwise acted on it.
