Toccoa’s Historic-Designation Question Still Has No Recorded Answer

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to hear a presentation on Certified Local Government designation on Oct. 27, 2014, from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Historic Preservation Division’s program coordinator. But the commission agenda records only the planned presentation, leaving no recorded answer to the central question: whether Toccoa ever obtained the designation.
