Toccoa split health-plan increase between reserves and city budget

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously renewed employee health insurance through Alliant Health on Nov. 14, 2011, keeping the municipal workforce in a two-tier plan and directing that the premium increase be split equally between the Commission Reserve Account and the city’s existing budget. Commissioner Pavliscsak made the motion, Commissioner Troup seconded it, and the commission approved the renewal without opposition.
