Toccoa container purchase remains unresolved in public record

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider a purchase of front-loader containers as new business at its Sept. 23, 2013 meeting. The meeting agenda establishes that the equipment proposal reached commissioners, but it does not record what they decided or whether any purchase followed.
