Toccoa Put Pool Funding on Its Agenda, but No Decision Is Documented

The Toccoa City Commission scheduled “pool funding” for consideration as new business at its March 10, 2014 meeting, placing a potential public commitment to a pool project before city leaders. The same agenda also listed a bid opening for construction of a swimming pool, but it records neither a commission action nor the terms of any funding proposal.
