Toccoa weighs shifting repair duties in leases for city-owned buildings
Toccoa City Commission members opened a debate Sept. 22 over who should pay to maintain city-owned buildings occupied by local groups, considering whether future leases should more clearly assign responsibility for repairs such as HVAC and plumbing work.
