Toccoa Put Advisory-Board Merger on Its Agenda, but the Outcome Remains Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission placed a proposed merger of the Citizen Advisory Panel on Litter and Blight and the Keep Toccoa Stephens County Beautiful Board on its July 10, 2017 meeting agenda, putting the future of the two civic advisory groups before elected officials. The agenda identifies the item as a consideration, however, rather than recording an approval, rejection or other final disposition.
