Toccoa Put Milestone Tower Lease Before Commissioners, but Its Fate Remains Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission placed a proposed lease agreement with Milestone Tower Limited Partnership before the public at its Feb. 10, 2025 meeting. The city’s meeting agenda identifies the agreement as an item for commission consideration, but it does not say whether commissioners approved it, changed it, delayed it or rejected it.
