Toccoa’s public record leaves municipal-court judge selection unresolved

Toccoa City Commissioners placed the appointment of a Municipal Court judge on their Dec. 10, 2018 meeting agenda, making the local judicial position a matter for public consideration that night. But the agenda’s brief entry stops at “consideration”: it does not identify a prospective judge, describe discussion or record any decision by the commission.
