Toccoa Put Main Streets Agreement Before Commission, but Its Fate Is Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission placed a proposed 2019–2020 memorandum of understanding with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs on its May 20, 2019 agenda, bringing the city’s possible participation in the Georgia Exceptional Main Streets program before elected officials.
