Toccoa historic-survey funding question remains unresolved years after commission agenda listing

More than four years after Toccoa’s City Commission placed a resolution for Historic Preservation Funds for Phase III of the city’s Historic Resources Survey on its Jan. 24, 2022 agenda, the public question at the center of the item remains unanswered: whether commissioners ever acted on it. The agenda identifies the resolution as a matter for consideration, but it does not record a vote, an adopted measure or a final disposition.
