Toccoa’s Public Agendas Leave Three City Appointments Unresolved

Toccoa residents still cannot tell from the City Commission’s published agendas whether commissioners filled the city manager, city clerk and city chaplain posts they considered at their Jan. 14, 2019 meeting. A Jan. 9, 2023 agenda again placed appointments to those same three roles before the commission, yet it likewise names no candidates and records no outcome.
