Reported Toccoa water-rate increase tied to sharp Lake Yonah permit-cost jump

Toccoa water customers could face a $2 monthly increase in their base water rate after city commissioners “recently” voted for the change, according to a Jan. 3, 2024 report by WNEG Radio.
