Toccoa authorized more Henderson Falls tennis-court repairs without setting a public cost

Toccoa’s City Commission voted May 10, 2010, to authorize additional work on the tennis courts at Henderson Falls Park, giving City Manager Johnson authority to seek a lower repair price and, if that effort failed, to pay the contractor’s asking price. Commissioner Seib made the motion and Commissioner Pavliscsak seconded it; Mayor Troup, Vice Mayor English, Seib and Pavliscsak supported the measure, while Commissioner Austin voted no.
