Toccoa keeps major YMCA repair calls with elected commission

The Toccoa City Commission unanimously approved its YMCA contract on March 22, 2010, adding language that puts decisions about facility repairs beyond routine maintenance in the hands of elected commissioners. Commissioner Pavliscsak made the motion, Commissioner Seib seconded it, and the commission approved the contract change without opposition.
