Toccoa commission record shows unanimous approval of credit line up to $1 million

The Toccoa City Commission unanimously approved a non-revolving line of credit of up to $1 million at its Feb. 28, 2011 meeting, according to the meeting minutes. The action required two signatures, and it came during a meeting that also featured a mid-year tourism and promotion report from Wendi Bailey, president of the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce.
