Toccoa’s 2010 audit-services approval still lacks a documented contract or finished audit

Toccoa’s public record for a 2010 audit-services procurement still stops at the City Commission’s Jan. 11, 2010 approval of proposals and an Oct. 15 target for returning the audit to the city. The action established a path toward outside review of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, but it does not identify an auditor, contract or completed report.
