Toccoa approves utility-fee action, but residents cannot yet see the rates

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously adopted its FY 2010–11 annual budget ordinance on June 21, 2010, approving general, special-revenue and utility funds and separately establishing water and sanitary-sewer fees as submitted. Commissioner Pavliscsak made the budget motion, Commissioner Seib seconded it, and commissioners waived a second reading before approving the ordinance.
