Toccoa Bypass sewer work remains unresolved after city-county discussion

Toccoa City Commission placed sewer improvements on Toccoa Bypass before officials at a joint city-county meeting on April 24, 2023. More than three years later, the cited meeting agenda still documents only that the matter was discussed; it does not identify a formal decision, a construction plan or work completed along the corridor.
