Fernside Drive rezoning decision remains unresolved in public record

Toccoa’s City Commission scheduled a rezoning request for property at 1736 Fernside Drive for consideration at its Sept. 30, 2024 meeting, placing a possible change to the parcel’s land-use rules before the city’s elected governing body. The agenda, however, does not state whether commissioners approved, denied, postponed or otherwise altered the request.
