Toccoa Animal-Code Revision Never Reaches a Documented Resolution

Toccoa’s City Commission placed “Consideration of Revisions to the Animals Code Ordinance” on its Sept. 12, 2016 work-session agenda, bringing the city’s animal rules before commissioners for discussion. But the agenda, which listed the matter as its third item, does not show what revisions were proposed or whether the commission took action.
