Toccoa approves budget and natural-gas fees, but charges remain undisclosed

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously adopted the city’s FY 2010–11 budget ordinance and unanimously approved natural-gas fees “as submitted” at its June 21, 2010, meeting. Commissioners waived a second reading of the budget ordinance, which covered the city’s general, special-revenue and utility funds, then acted on the gas fees in the same session.
