Toccoa preservation-grant resolution still lacks a recorded decision

Toccoa City Commission put a resolution concerning a Historic Preservation Fund Phase III grant application before commissioners for consideration on Jan. 27, 2020. The agenda establishes that the measure reached the commission’s new-business agenda, but it does not record whether commissioners approved it, rejected it, postponed it or took another action.
