Toccoa Put University of Georgia Tower Lease Before Commissioners, but the Decision Is Still Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission placed ratification of a University of Georgia tower lease on its May 6, 2013 new-business agenda, bringing the proposed agreement before commissioners.
