Toccoa’s proposed real estate deal still lacks a recorded public outcome

Toccoa City Commission placed ratification of a real estate purchase-and-sales agreement on its Aug. 22, 2016 meeting agenda, but the public agenda leaves the central result unresolved: it does not say whether commissioners approved, rejected, postponed or otherwise acted on the proposed deal.
