Toccoa approved $34,296 for Lavonia gas-pipe replacement, but the project’s finish is unrecorded

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously ratified a $34,296 authorization on April 12, 2010, for a Bare Pipe Replacement Project in Lavonia. The action awarded $24,996 in work to Harrison Gas Systems, LLP, authorized another $9,300 for Page 3 materials, and directed that the combined cost be paid from proceeds of a recent propane-gas sale.
