Toccoa imposes $1,000 fine and 30-day suspension on Quick Stop and Shop

The Toccoa City Commission unanimously approved a $1,000 fine and a 30-day license suspension for Quick Stop and Shop, 156 W. Currahee St., on Feb. 13, 2012, after accepting the Alcohol Beverage Control Board’s recommendation. The action concerned a sale of an alcoholic beverage to a person under 21 and identified Joe K. Joseph as the business owner.
