Toccoa Approved $15,000 Parking-Lot Purchase as It Granted Applebee’s License

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously approved buying an adjacent parking lot from First Citizens Bank for $15,000 from its Commission Reserve Account on April 23, 2012, according to the meeting minutes. At the same meeting, commissioners separately and unanimously granted an alcohol beverage control license to Applebee’s at 1065 South Big A Road.
