Toccoa Police K-9 Proposal Still Lacks a Documented City Decision

Nearly a decade after the Toccoa City Commission was scheduled to consider purchasing a drug and tracking K-9 for its Police Department, the city decision remains undocumented in the identified public record. The commission’s Sept. 26, 2016 meeting agenda listed the purchase for consideration, but the agenda does not say whether commissioners approved, rejected, amended or deferred it.
