Rose Lane Annexation Proposal Left Toccoa Boundary and Zoning Questions Unresolved

Toccoa’s City Commission scheduled a public hearing for Oct. 28, 2019, on a request to annex William Perry’s property at the northwest corner of Rose Lane and Skyline Drive and classify it as R-1A Single Family Residential District. The commission agenda placed the paired land-use request before the public, but it does not say what action, if any, commissioners took after the hearing.
