Toccoa’s proposed grant shift still has no recorded outcome

Toccoa’s City Commission placed a proposed reallocation of funding from the Facade Grants Program to the Bridge-The-Gap Grants Program on its April 27, 2020 meeting agenda. The agenda identifies the matter as one for consideration, but it does not record whether commissioners approved, changed, rejected or otherwise acted on it.
