Toccoa Ethics Panel Post 4 Appointment Remains Unverified After Two Agenda Listings

Toccoa’s City Commission twice placed Gail Fry’s proposed appointment to Post 4 of the city’s Ethics Panel on its agenda—first on Nov. 10, 2014, and again on Dec. 10, 2018—but neither agenda documents what commissioners decided. The later listing did not resolve the question left by the earlier one: whether Fry was formally appointed to the designated seat.
