Toccoa put municipal judge selection before commissioners, but no decision is documented

Toccoa’s City Commission put the appointment of a municipal court judge on its new-business agenda for Nov. 28, 2016, formally placing a key local-court position before the city’s governing body. But the agenda records only a planned consideration: it does not name a candidate, describe the discussion or show that commissioners reached a decision.
