Toccoa Approved a Litter and Blight Resolution, but Its Rules Remain Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously adopted a Litter and Blight Resolution on Feb. 28, 2011, after Commissioner Troup moved for approval and Commissioner Pavliscsak seconded the motion.
