Toccoa kept Gunby Communication lease on agenda, but its fate remains unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission kept a proposed lease agreement with Gunby Communication on its Oct. 14, 2013 agenda, three weeks after first scheduling the matter for consideration. The repeat appearance is the latest documented development in the proceeding, but the agenda does not say whether commissioners approved the agreement, changed it, rejected it or put it off again.
