Toccoa Extended 9th District Opportunity Lease Without Public Terms in Minutes

Toccoa’s City Commission unanimously renewed its lease agreement with 9th District Opportunity, Inc. at its Oct. 25, 2010, meeting, keeping the arrangement in force for a term that began Oct. 1, 2010, and ran through Sept. 30, 2011. Commissioner Seib made the motion, Vice Mayor English seconded it, and the commission carried the renewal without opposition.
