Toccoa Put Workforce-Housing Funding Request Before Commission, but Its Fate Is Unclear

Toccoa’s City Commission put a proposed joint resolution requesting workforce-housing funding before commissioners at its June 19, 2023 meeting. The item appeared in new business, following a report from the Stephens County Development Authority, but the meeting agenda does not say whether the commission approved, changed, rejected or postponed the request.
