Toccoa’s proposed joint-project agreement still lacks a public resolution

Toccoa’s City Commission placed a “Consideration of Intergovernmental Agreement for Joint Projects” on its old-business agenda for Aug. 24, 2015, but the agenda does not reveal whether commissioners approved, changed, rejected or postponed the measure. It also does not identify the work the agreement would cover or the governments expected to participate.
