Toccoa’s industrial wastewater question still lacks a public answer

Toccoa City Commission placed an “industrial pre-treatment evaluation” on its new-business agenda for Aug. 24, 2015, bringing an industrial wastewater question before elected officials without publicly identifying the industry involved, the affected location or the recommendation commissioners were being asked to consider.
