Toccoa TV Tower Lease Reached Commission, but Its Fate Is Still Unknown

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider a proposed ground lease with Marquee Broadcasting Georgia Inc. for a TV tower at 3482 Falls Road on April 12, 2021. More than five years later, the public record identified for the matter shows the item on the meeting agenda but does not say whether commissioners approved it, rejected it, postponed it or altered it.
