Toccoa’s rail-viewing platform grant proposal still lacks a recorded decision

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider a resolution on Nov. 27, 2017, that would seek a Georgia Department of Economic Development grant for a rail-viewing platform. Nearly nine years later, the public agenda that identifies the proposal does not say whether commissioners approved it, rejected it, tabled it or took another action.
