Toccoa’s Eastanollee wastewater financing remains an unanswered public question

Toccoa’s City Commission put possible Georgia Environmental Finance Authority funding for the Eastanollee Wastewater Plant before it on Sept. 14, 2020, but the public agenda does not show whether commissioners approved the financing, delayed it or took another action. The unanswered question leaves the status of a potentially important wastewater-system investment unresolved.
