Toccoa’s Parkway utilities funding question still lacks an answer

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider Georgia Environmental Finance Authority funding for Parkway utilities projects at its Jan. 12, 2015 meeting, but the identified agenda does not show whether commissioners approved the financing, rejected it, postponed it or took another action. More than a decade later, that missing outcome remains the central unanswered question about the proposal.
