Toccoa bridge planning hinges on unanswered sewer-agreement vote

Toccoa’s City Commission was scheduled to consider a Georgia Department of Transportation standard utility agreement on April 12, 2021, to relocate a sewer line on Falls Road at Toccoa Creek as part of planning to replace the bridge at that crossing. The agenda shows the proposal reached commissioners, but it does not record whether they approved, rejected, postponed or otherwise acted on it.
